Who we are

What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account or fill in forms. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name and number and the messages and files you choose to send. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to deliver the site and keep it working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you and understand your business needs; if you decide to proceed, to help you through onboarding and payment steps with the relevant financial institutions and to invite you to the client portal; to keep records and meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations; and to protect the security of our website, services and clients.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed with: service providers that run our website, messaging and systems (for example hosting providers, and WhatsApp, operated by Meta); the relevant financial institutions, when you decide to proceed with a service and only for that purpose; and authorities, when the law requires it.

International transfers

Our team and service providers operate in more than one country, including Mexico, Canada, the United States and China. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live, with safeguards suited to the information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is entirely free of risk.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to withdraw your consent. In Mexico these are known as ARCO rights. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp. We will reply within the time the applicable law requires. You may also contact the data protection authority where you live.
